Complaints, returns, guarantees

The customer has the right to demand that the advertised product (s) be brought into conformity with the contract by free repair or replacement. If the company is unable to meet the specific demands, the customer has the right to demand an appropriate price reduction or may withdraw from the contract.

The contracting authority may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons by submitting a relevant written statement within seven days from the date of delivery of the item. To meet this deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry.

Damage to the goods during shipping

Due to the sensitivity of some of our products, each package we send is insured. However, in order to avoid embarrassing situations and to ensure that the goods reach the customer undamaged, please check the parcels at the time of receiving them, especially if the order contained sensitive items (glass, ceramics, etc.). 

In the case of receipt of damaged goods, please write down a damage report with the courier. 

Reporting a complaint

To file a complaint about the goods (this does not apply to damage to parcels during transport due to the fault of the carrier), incorrect order (the order does not agree with the content of the parcel), please send a complaint request to sklep@swiece-kosciol.pl with the order number and contact details and description of the complaint.

Defective goods should be sent to our company's address at your own expense. If the complaint is accepted, the shipping cost will be refunded to the ordering party's account.
