Shipment by courier, the delivery time is 1 to 2 business days for products available or longer for products marked as "made to order" - their delivery time, due to the different length of the delivery time, is determined individually. After placing the order, we will contact you and let you know when it will be shipped. The maximum shipping time for "made to order" products is approximately 14 business days. In the case of paschal candles and Marian candles with hand-made decorative applications, it may be slightly longer.

The cost of the courier service is PLN 22.
W przypadku zamówienia większej ilości produktów, produktów o dużym gabarycie lub wysyłki za granicę koszty wysyłki mogą być wyższe i ustalane są indywidualnie.

Damage to the goods during shipping

Due to the sensitivity of some of our products, each package we send is insured. However, in order to avoid embarrassing situations and to ensure that the goods reach the customer undamaged, please check the parcels at the time of receiving them, especially if the order contained sensitive items (glass, ceramics, etc.). 

In the case of receipt of damaged goods, please write down a damage report with the courier.
